Dishmachine tested at 0ppm chlorine. Observed chemical line broken going into machine. Operator called for service during inspection.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Milk wash for batter in kitchen at 53F. Per employee, wash was prepared approximately 50 minutes prior. Product was iced with ice only reaching the bottom of liquid. Employee surrounded container of wash with ice. Also, chicken wings at back prep table at 62F. Employee states wings have been out of refrigeration for approximately one hour. Wings moved to walk in cooler.
