Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine reading 0ppm after multiple attempts due to old sanitizer from previous ownership. New sanitizer on order for new ownership.
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. New ownership. Manager scheduled for class at time of licensing.
