Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishmachine chlorine level reading 0 ppm. Operator replaced chlorine and re-primed dishmachine to proper level. New reading 50 ppm.
