Clean equipment/dishware/utensils stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Observed Pizza Peel no stored 6 inches above the floor.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed metal pizza plates not inverted next to oven. Operator inverted plates.
