No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. Observed no written plan for their 4hr rice. Emailed the operator a plan who filled it out.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed an employee drink stored on top of their boxes of potatoes. Operator removed it.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed multiple scoops buried in product at the salad station. Operator removed them.

No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed a missing sign at the front bar hand sink.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed their coffee filters not protected when it in use. Operator put them in a lidded container.
Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed their cook line sanitizer bucket stored on the floor. Operator double bucketed it.

In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handles in contact with dry goods at the bar. Operator removed the scoops.
Open dumpster lid. Observed the dumpster lids open. Operator closed them.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
