Observed cheese sause (88F - Hot Holding) by front counter, as per employee less than 2 hours. Employee reheat product. Recheck; cheese sause (138°F- Reheating)
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed ice bucket not inverted above ice machine. Employee inverted.
