Displayed food not properly protected from contamination. Observed ice tea urn filled with ice tea stored on shelving unit that is absorbent and not smooth and durable. Observed wood fibers coming off of shelving unit when any friction occurs. Ice tea is uncovered while brewing process is occurring. Person in charge covered ice tea urn and started moving ice tea urn to new location away from possible wood fibers contamination.
