Approximately sixty-nine (69) rodent droppings observed in establishment - nineteen (19) behind chest freezer in seating area by dry food storage area and approximately fifty (50) in corner of dry food storage area adjacent to seating area. Manager began sweeping up droppings.
Rodent rub marks/evidence of gnawing present along walls/ceilings. In dry food storage area, ceiling tile above reach in cooler appears to be chewed/gnawed. Ceiling tile removed.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Four (4) tanks in dry food storage area. Tanks removed from establishment.
