Employee used drank from a water bottle unscrewed the lid and then closed the lid touching the surface his lips had touched and then engaged in wiping surfaces with the wiping cloth, without washing hands. Employee went to wash his hands.
Prep cook with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation, portioning acai in prep area. Cook put a hat on.
