Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishmachine tested at 0ppm chlorine. Chemical bucket was empty. New chemical installed and dishmachine tested at 200ppm quaternary ammonium.
Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Establishment observed preparing, serving or selling food to customers with an expired license. License expired June 1, 2025.
Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed wings (54F - Cold Holding); raw shrimp (57F - Cold Holding); sausage (55F - Cold Holding); pork egg roll (56F - Cold Holding); butter (54F - Cold Holding) in 3 door stand up reach in cooler. All products have been in the cooler overnight.
