Observed gallon of yogurt thawing in standing water. Milk was located in sink. Manager moved to reach in cooler.

Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. Manager instructed employee to clean.
Observed kitchen reach in cooler not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Manager has work order and is awaiting maintenance to repair.
