Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Water at hand wash sink 72F. Operator turned water on at time of inspection. Tested at 134F,
Food stored on floor. Jugs of water, container of lemons, bottles of mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup on floor.
Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Tested at 0ppm. Discussed Chlorine solution purchased by operator. Solution does not need dilution. Solution out of bottle tested at 100ppm. Operator dumped diluted solution.
