Operator stated that been at the walk-in cooler all night and he moveded to the make table less than 2 hours ago.operator move all the food to the walk-in cooler to cool down.
Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Operator stated that his wife just start working with him 2 weeks ago and he does have the training just need to fill it out.

Establishment advertised crab on menu/menu board but served imitation crab. Observed on menu Chaufa de Mariscos states crab meat however owner stated they use imitation crab meat. Employee changed the c for a k during inspection.
