Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed quaternary sanitizer bucket at 400 ppms. Operator corrected quaternary sanitizer bucket to 200 ppms. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the Manager.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop handle in ice. Operator removed scoop.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old food labels on clean clear container on storage rack.
Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water in reach in cooler across from pizza ovens. Operator wiped up water.
