Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Triple sink reading 0ppm, operator added more sanitizer tablets.
No hot running water at three-compartment sink. All hot water at all sinks only getting to 71F. Per operator they have maintenance coming out within the week.
Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. One employee preparing on site, employee corrected during inspection.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Stacks of to go containers in back storage area, employee corrected during inspection.
