Staff provided a commercial invoice from Miami Postres Company dated 10/18/2024 delivered day. Management was instructed to request labeled containers on future deliveries and labeled the ones onsite with delivery date.
Food stored on floor. Observed two containers of olive oil stored on the floor at dry storage area.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop not stored to dry at mop sink.

Observed employee training expired on 3/4/24 employee names Maria, Alexandra, Mayela and Sagrario working for approximately 5 years.

Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hot water at 78F in the bathrooms handwashing sink, ran water for about 8 minutes.
