Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed bag of precooked frozen egg rolls stored with food items for customers. Person in charge indicated egg rolls belonged to him.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee cell phone and keys stored on shelf with other food items across from fryers. Person in charge moved items to designated area.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed soiled floors around fryers near back of unit.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed large fan by driver seat with dust build up.
Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed sanitizer bucket person in charge indicated was chlorine testing at less than 50ppm. Person in charge added additional solution. Retested at 100pm.
