Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food marked with a date that exceeds 7 days after opening/preparation: Foods were prepared on 11/07/2023 and marked for 11/14/2023. Inspector gave Owner/Operator the correct information for date marking. Owner/Operator corrected the dates during the inspection.
