Observed in reach in cooler across from grill Sour cream (52F - Cold Holding); Cut tomatoes (53F - Cold Holding); Cut lettuce (54F - Cold Holding). Cooler has an ambient temperature of 41F. Employee stated lid has been off of reach in cooler. Manager placed lid on reach in cooler.

Employee washed hands correctly.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In cabinets below drink dispenser in dining area, container of bleach stored with sugar packets. Bleach moved and stored correctly.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Carton of cream opened two days prior stored in reach in cooler at bar. Cream dated.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand washing sink in front dining area was used to fill a water pitcher and was used to rinse off outside of sauce bottle. Inspector coached employees on proper hand washing sink procedures.
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. One manager could not provide manager certification.
