No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No towels at handwash sink in server station. Employee replenished the towels during this inspection.
Required employee training expired for all employees. Tray containing ing individually wrapped portions of lasagna made in-house missing date mark on shelf inside walk-in freezer. Manager stated it was made and frozen on 7/28 and added proper date mark during this inspection. 2. Large bag containing frozen fully-cooked beef made in-house missing date mark. Manager stated it was cooked and frozen on 7/30 and added proper date mark during this inspection.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Two employee drink cups stored directly beside single-use utensils and sugar packets below counter in server station. Employees removed both drinks from the shelf during this inspection.
