During the last inspection in December 2025, inspector gave Owner/Operator a list of approved programs and she stated she was not able to order the materials.

Cloth used as a food-contact surface: observed heavily soiled cloth with stains being used under beverage glasses at wait station. Owner/Operator washed, rinsed, and sanitized the glasses as well as placed a bar mat in the location.
