Inadequate number/capacity of cold holding units to maintain time/temperature control for safety food at proper temperatures. At licensing inspection operator has double door glass reach in cooler brand new with No TCS foods @ 51F ambient temperature ( unit been running for 1 hour ). Operator will return unit and call back for re-inspection. Operator has deep reach in freezer as well but no TCS foods during inspection @ -2F
