Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested twice at 0ppm. Discussed manual sanitizing with operator.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Brush and steel wool in kitchen hand sink. Operator removed items.
Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Operator has quaternary test strips, chlorine dish machine.
