In-use wet wiping cloth/towel used under cutting board. Observed an unlabeled wet wiping cloth under the cutting board. Operator removed it.

Observed on the front counter: Green beans (105F - Hot Holding); Cooked beans (110F - Hot Holding). Operator stated they had been there for approximately 30minutes. Operator turned up the heaters.
Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed an employee wash their hands in the triple sink. Had them wash their hands in the hand wash sink.
