Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. 2 containers of milk at both bars lacking any date marking, per chef all where opened 2 days. 1 container of cooked rice in reach in cooler by dish machine lacking any date markings, per chef it was made 3 days ago, rice dated.
Dead insects on premises. 3 dead roaches and 1 dead beetle in liquor storage area in dining room, all dead insects cleaned up and discarded during inspection.
