Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. At kitchen area in stand up reach-in cooler, raw fish and raw shrimp stored over multiple squeeze bottles with sauces/condiments. Operator removed sauces from reach-in cooler.
Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. At cook line area in flip top reach-in cooler, cut lettuce (49f, 49F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (50F - Cold Holding). Items stored in cooler overnight per owner. Ambient temperature 49f. Gaskets torn and standing water observed in bottom section of cooler.

Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. On splitter at mop sink, backflow preventer missing on both ends of splitter. Hose is not hooked to chemical dispenser at time of inspection.

Establishment not maintaining clam/mussel/oyster tags for 90 days. Establishment sells oysters on the half shell, tag for current supply present in reach-in cooler. No tags for previous oysters available. Tags must be kept for 90 days, in chronological order with date last oyster was sold.
