Observed employee touched her face and continued working with food without washing her hands. Employee was coached about the issue.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chicken breast left on the counter at 110 F for approximately 30 minutes. Employee reheated the chicken to 176F.
