Observed establishment using "splash less" chlorine/bleach as sanitizer in three-compartment sink. Manager located regular chlorine/bleach and replaced sanitizer water in three-compartment sink.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed 2 unsecured carbon dioxide tanks near soda syrups. Food handler secured tanks at time of inspection.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop stored inside mop bucket. Food handler hung mop to dry at time of inspection.
