Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink at front service counter to the right of the ICEE machine at 75F and handwash sink in kitchen to the left of the three compartment sink/kitchen entrance at 81F. Discussed with operator.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured with one tank not secured in kitchen to the right of an equipment storage shelf and one tank to the right of the air fryers at the service counter/snack bar area.
