Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. 1. Tube of raw hamburger meat stored directly on top of packages of fully-cooked hotdogs inside reach-in cooler in main kitchen. Manager removed hamburger meat from cooler during this inspection. 2. Carton of raw shell eggs stored on shelf directly above bags of tortillas and shredded cheese inside reach-in cooler in main kitchen. Manager moved the eggs to the bottom shelf during this inspection.
Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Inside bottom of refrigerated make-table in main kitchen: cream (50F - Cold Holding); raw hamburger meat (51F - Cold Holding); hotdogs (51F - Cold Holding). Ambient air temperature 51F. Manager stated all foods have been held inside the unit overnight.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside bottom of refrigerated make-table in main kitchen: cream (50F - Cold Holding); raw hamburger meat (51F - Cold Holding); hotdogs (51F - Cold Holding). Ambient air temperature 51F. Manager stated all foods have been held inside the unit overnight. Stop sales issued.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing all purpose cleaner stored on shelf directly beside bag of flour in main kitchen. Employee removed cleaner from shelf during this inspection.
Food service manager not certified within 30 days of employment. Not certified within 30 days of being out into management position. Brittney was the person in-charge during the last inspection.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Inside main kitchen: 1. Hand wash sink near three-compartment sink blocked by stack of boxes. Inspector moved boxes away from sink before washing hands. 2. First aid kit stored down inside handwash sink near kitchen entrance. Manager removed items from sink during this inspection.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Quaternary test strips unavailable for sanitizer in three-compartment sink.
No handwash sign and/or paper towels/mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. 1. No towels provided at handwash sink in main kitchen near three-compartment sink. 2. Several handwash sinks have signs that read "Handwashing Only" and do not actually instruct employees to wash their hands.

Food stored on floor. 1. Container of sugar sitting directly on floor in main kitchen. 2. Several grocery bags containing boxes of frozen waffles stored directly on floor inside walk-in freezer. Manager removed all items from the floor during this inspection.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Heavy buildup of ice on floor and shelving inside walk-in freezer.
