Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed Spray Bottle(Chlorine 100+ppm) on the 3 compartment sink. Inspector discussed the correct concentration strength with the operator. Observed the operator prepare new solution for the spray bottle (Chlorine 100ppm).
