Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Interior of cabinet under dump sink at front line soiled with brown liquid residue. Also, multiple gaskets on reach in coolers soiled with food debris.

Food stored on floor. Case of oranges stored on the floor in prep area. Employee moved oranges to shelving.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Handle on scoop for frappe powder is in the product. Manager moved scoop to proper storage.

Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Nozzles on coffee machines on front line counter are soiled with build up from old coffee. Microwaved with burned food residue on shelf over flip top reach in cooler.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Menu advertised smoked salmon, and but did not have an identifier by the item to the consumer advisory. Salmon served raw, manger put identifiers by the product and the consumer advisory.
Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. One employee had an expired food handling certification Which expired on 8/30/25

Stop Sale issued due to food originating from an unapproved source. In front display area, six (6) trays of baked goods are made by private entities without proof a license to produce. In back kitchen area, one (1) container of baked goods made by private entities without proof of a license to produce.
No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. In customer self service coffee area, two (2) containers of creamer are held on time control but establishment has no written plan. Inspector emailed Time As Public Health Control paperwork.

No proof of parasite destruction or aquaculture documentation for cold smoked salmon served raw or undercooked. Fish must be fully cooked or discarded. No documentation for lox. Operator contacted distributor and obtain proof of parasite destruction letter.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On front counter near coffee station, soy milk 46F. Milk out approximately 10 minutes. Milk placed in reach in cooler to cool.
