Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing sanitizer stored on shelf directly above condiments in server station. Manager moved all food to shelf above chemicals during this inspection.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. 1. Backflow prevention device missing at red hose connection after splitter at mop sink. 2. Backflow prevention device missing at hose connection on side of building near back door of kitchen.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
