Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Walk in cooler - raw ground beef stored over whole muscle beef. Operator stored all items properly.

Cookline - grill - cooked mushrooms (105-110F - Hot Holding); cooked jalapeños (111-118F - Hot Holding). Per operator items holding less than an hour.
