Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Upon arrival for inspection no one on the cook line were wearing gloves. When it was announced that the inspector was onsite everyone put on gloves without washing their hands. An employee on the cook line left the kitchen and when he returned touched her thighs then put on gloves without washing her hands.
