Observed in main kitchen area employee grabbed Raw beef with gloves, removed gloves,put on new gloves and failed to wash hands before Putting on new gloves. Employee proceeded to cut clean tomatoes for sandwich topping. Stopped employee and explained procedures for glove use and hand washing. Employee discarded tomato's,removed soiled gloves,washed hands and put on clean gloves. Emailed Person in charge handout for glove use and hand washing.
