Pan containing raw chicken stored on shelf directly above pan containing raw ground beef inside walk-in cooler. Employee moved raw chicken away from ground beef during this inspection.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing glass cleaner stored directly on top of paper takeout bags and directly beside deli papers below front counter. Manager removed glass cleaner from area during this inspection.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Backflow prevention device missing on spray hose end of splitter at mop sink. Backflow prevention device is installed above splitter, but should be installed between splitter and spray hose.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Three foam cups without handles stored down inside flour bins near cookline. Employee removed and discarded all during this inspection.
Food storage container/container lid cracked or broken. Plastic scoop with handle broken off down in bin of flour at cookline.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Old labels stuck to sides of several pans on clean dish racks in back of kitchen.
