Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken. Dumpster missing side door. Per manager, dumpster company was to replace/ repair dumpster yesterday.

Upon inspection, most employees over 60 days did not have proof of employee training.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Upon inspection, ice machine had accumulation of mold like substance on deflector plate.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Cutting board at cold holding next to flat top grill has deep grooves.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Pans on dry rack wet nesting/not properly drying.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup on back wall of walk in freezer.
Missing drain plug at dumpster.
