Dishmachine was ran twice, both runs 0ppm. Operator has ran out of chlorine sanitizer for the dishmachine. Operator set up 3 compartment sink using quaternary tablets. 3 compartment sink 200ppm. Operator had not used the dishmachine today. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization (3-compartment sink) until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly.
