Sewage water overflowing between front line cook area and pizza ovens, Reach in coolers, dry storage rack, and between three compartment sink and Walk in cooler area. Sewage water flowing into dining area as well, extending from front establishment entrance to back kitchen exit. Employees are required to walk through sewage water in order to prep food.
Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Broken tiles in back kitchen area adjacent to three compartment sink area.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw chicken stored overtop ready to eat cheese inside walk in cooler. Manager removed raw chicken,cheese and properly stored it.
