Observed tuna at reach in cooler bearing a label inside of vacuum packaging. Operator removed the tuna from the package.

Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed Triple Sink (Chlorine 10 ppm). Operated added chlorine to get 50 ppm.
Food prepared in a private home. See stop sale. Observed chicken and beef empanadas at reach in freezer. As per manager were made them at home. Operator was informed that those empanadas can not be sold to customers.

Operator turned on the rice cookers to reheat the products.
