Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee on the hot line by the grills touched cell phone placed it in his pocket and continued to work with food without changing gloves, employee washed hands and changed gloves.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. A spray bottle of clear cleaning liquid was on a surface used to make drinks behind the bar, employee moved item to appropriate location.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at handwashing sink behind the bar, manager placed paper towels at hand sink.
