Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw burgers over coleslaw in walking cooler. Manager moved burgers to bottom.
Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Diced tomatoes not cooling properly as evidenced by temperature at 50F at 1:37pm, still 50F at 2:39pm. Manager spread tomatoes out in a bigger pan for better cooling.
Drain covers missing in the whole line area, and the bar.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Back door to kitchen.
