Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair: observed one of the air conditions vents in the bar seating area leaking onto a table due to condensation from the air conditioner. Establishment already has a work order in place to get the situation fixed. Table is blocked off to prevent patrons from sitting at it.

Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime: - soda gun behind bar dirty. Assistant General Manager had bar tender clean during inspection. Soda cleaned.
Plumbing system in disrepair: - soda gun holster drain line behind the bar clogged and not draining.
