Observed dishwasher handle dirty dishes with gloves and proceed to handle clean dishes without removing gloves and washing hands. Dishwasher removed gloves and washed hands as well as rewashed the clean dishes.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed handwashing sink without hot running water. Manager turned on water to handwashing sink.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee speaker stored above corn meal on dry storage shelf. Manager removed speaker.
