Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish washer machine is not properly sanitizing reading 0ppm. Prime it, change to new sanitizer and still reading 0ppm
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Hose Bibb that is connected to to a white hose between water heater and hand wash sink need a Vacuum breaker installed
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand wash sink use to fill up pitcher of water. Operator is reeducated to use 3 compartment sink to fill up a pitcher of water and hand wash sink are only for handwashing nothing else.
