Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand washing sink is blocked by a dish rack in the dishwasher area. The rack was relocated.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Pink plastic water bottle and a cup of coffee next to the sausage gravy warmer on the front line. The beverages was removed.
