In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Tongs in reach in freezer stored with handle in contact with frozen jalapeño poppers and another with handle in contact with frozen chicken strips. Manager removed tongs and placed them in their own container.
