Ceiling tile missing. Missing ceiling tiles by three compartment sink, per operator has been in contact with companies to repair. Wall by three compartment sink with large hole from removed dishwasher.

Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.

Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Sliced roast beef below slicer on sandwich make line 109F. Beef cut approximately 15 minutes prior. Beef voluntarily discarded.
