Establishment operating with no potable running water. Water shut off because it is causing sewage back up through floors.
Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor tiles. Water was shut off when inspector arrived. Operator turned water back on and it began to come up through the floors. In men's bathroom, hallway to both bathrooms, dining room under booth and kitchen in grout by 3 compartment sink, by front counter.
